Our Sunshine Honey Wheat is loosely based on the American style of wheat beers. Made with the same raw materials of classic German wheat beers but fermented using neutral ale yeast rather than the distinctive German weizen yeast. 

This wheat ale is brewed using 50% wheat malt to create a light-bodied beer for absolute refreshment. The addition of honey adds complexity and maximises drinkability. Sunshine Wheat showcases gentle floral and fruity hop characteristics and a mild grainy maltiness. 

Pair this beer with a wide range of lighter foods such as salads and seafood.
